"Who is Responsible for the Identity theft?"

As our world evolves into its new generation high-technology also have its newest and latest developments and discoveries. As people rely on computers with their works and such activities like paying their bills, tickets etc. with their credit cards online they are also often victims of "phishing" by some scammers. We understand consumers with their grief because they are the one who loss big amount of money, they blame governments of not implementing such laws that will punished scam artist, as well as the credit cards companies of being not responsible enough but under the current laws consumers are the one who have the big responsibilities, they should make sure that people who ask for their passwords and account information are not scammers that will steal their moneys.
We knew that relying on computers with our works will gave us lots of benefits and hassleness though people would become more responsible of protecting their accounts, we should also be aware that there are lots of brainy scam artist all over the world that no matter what we do brainy scammers will still exist and will steal money again and again.
Laws should be changed to give the right punishments for the thieves, guilty scam artist should pay right amount of money for those who are victims of their scammings. Also they would be imprison for years. We know that thieves are all over the world and because of the international nature of the internet, thieves can steal money to anyone and anywhere! Countries should help each other to hack those thieves so that they will be catch easily. Credit Cards holders should be more responsible of spending their accounts online and they shouldn't use credit cards online everytime they will pay their bills, buy something and etc. =)
